My professional vision and intention is to integrate eastern and western knowledge and modalities to create optimal wellness and health. I have been teaching and providing yoga therapy to individuals in private practice for 6 years with over 1,000 hours of training.  She is an associate with the Center for Complementary Medicine, Advocate Medical Group in Morton Grove. 

My Education includes:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Loyola University
• Professional YogaTherapist - Advanced training from Integrative Yoga Therapy certified at the 1,000 hour level.
  
• Accredited teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction from UMass Center for Mindfulness in Healthcare and Society
  
• Certified Holistic Nurse – from American Holistic Nursing Association Holistic nursing education provided by Birchtree Center for Healthcare Transformation.
• Usui Reiki training from Reiki masters Marie Shanahan and Linda Mardis
