My curiosity led me to yoga more than 7 years ago, and since then I haven’t stopped practicing. I fell in love with this wonderful ancient healing art which elevated my life in every level. As I become more aware of myself so does my drive to introduce people to the joy and healing what yoga can bring into their own life.
I have been teaching yoga for more than 2 years following the Himalayan tradition and influenced by the Iyengar style. I received my 200 hr level Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification by the Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Center in 2006 and my Prenatal Certification by the Global Yoga and Wellness Center.
My classes focus on proper body alignment, developing muscles, breathing techniques and improving flexibility by flowing from one pose to the next linked with the breath. All ages and levels are welcome to explore the challenges of our mind, body and spirit at every class to find our true self and happiness within.
