I was so happy to discover yoga...after years of stairmaster, step class and seven-day a week workouts, I was ready for something different, something more. My physical body was benefiting from the exercise, but the rest of me was searching for a more complete workout. With yoga, I realized that the body, breath, mind and spirit are all connected and all equally important. By incorporating all of these components into my practice I finally felt that my entire being was getting a "workout".
Thank you for allowing me to share my philosophy with you. I view yoga as a perfect blending of exercise and spirituality. What I learn and gain from my yoga practice "on the mat", naturally translates to my life "off the mat". Come join me for an invigorating class ... be healthy, be strong!
